The company’s predecessor is Puyang Keli Chemical Co., Ltd, which is established in October, 1998. Zhongkexinyuan covers an area of more than 26,000 Square meters with above￥70 million fixes assets and more than 110 employees.

In August 2002, the company has passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality system certification of quality assurance of CAFQ, and it is certificated as “credit enterprise”. Its production has passed the inspection of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield Company, and it is approved to SINOPEC Chemistry resources market. The company is the designated manufacturer of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch of China Petrochemical Group Company.
